Writing and creativity are ingrained in who I am. When my wife and I travel with our German Shorthaired Pointer and Russell-Basset-Pit mix, I create meticulously researched itineraries of all the best dog-friendly spots to grab a bite and enjoy the sights. In my spare time, I like to build out my own draft boards and strategies for my fantasy football draft, or write descriptions for the games on my retro arcade. It’s what I’ve always been all about, since I was a kid drumming up subscribers for my newsletters, creating websites or becoming the first person at my high school to participate in student newspaper all four years.
And I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be able to turn my passions into a lot of fun work at some very cool places.
I lived out my childhood dreams — both of them — reporting on the Philadelphia Eagles and professional sports for NBC Sports for an entire decade, then later covering video games and esports for Nerd Street Gamers. My byline has appeared at nationally recognized media outlets such as USA Today and Bleacher Report, as well as in my hometown newspaper, the Reading Eagle, in Pennsylvania’s fourth-largest metro. And today I get to let my imagination really run wild with the award-winning IPG agency Carmichael Lynch, where I do everything from making commercials to leading a UX/UI project promoting new and trending entertainment on Xfinity’s cable TV platform.
Naturally, there’s a lot more to me than work. But so many of the things that I enjoy in my personal life, I’ve also touched on with my career.
This is what I love doing.

Friends and family *love* my thoroughly researched vacation itineraries. By the time my feet hit the ground somewhere, I’m essentially a tour guide — even when it’s my first time visiting.
